Long-time Sam’s Club member, but my recent visit was very disappointing. There were no carts available inside we had to find and bring them in ourselves. The store was understocked, with many regular items sold out despite it not being busy. The biggest issue was the meat department: we paid extra for Prime filets, but they were poorly trimmed, full of fat, and ended up being some of the toughest steaks we’ve had. Overall, between the lack of carts, empty shelves, and poor-quality meat, the experience was frustrating and makes me question the value of my membership.

I had a really frustrating time during my last visit because the store was incredibly crowded and unorganized. It was difficult to navigate the aisles, and I felt like I spent more time waiting in line than actually shopping for what I needed. It was just a chaotic experience, and I don't think it was worth the effort or the membership cost at all.

Jenny, the manager, let her employees speak to customers, however they wish. The assistant manager, Laura was quite rude to me on the phone and would not listen to anything I said. Talked over me consistently and did not know anything about the company. This company refuses to take any responsibility for their Crappy business Mistakes and I have canceled my membership. I suggested you the same before they crap on you. Also, Michael, who commented below refused to provide a gift card for my catastrophe with the gas pumps. You take my money and you don’t offer to replace it? I will not do business with you. These “employees” also need to figure out your gas pumps cause y’all obviously don’t know how they work. You can’t hold peoples money for three days and have no explanation for it and no fix. And I contacted the Facebook link and it’s not a real link so stop putting that on here.

It was as expected clean and convenient to get around in. The part that had my spider since tingling was the homeless guy sitting outside the exit. Didn't feel the safest while walking the parking lot with family.

Here you pay a yearly membership. You can buy most items in bulk, they have sections of groceries, deli, bakery. Clothing, outdoor- grills patio furniture, electronics, snack bar books and movies / music / games . This place can get very busy . most associates are decent and seem friendly . They do seem to be short staffed. Otherwise a decent experience here. This place can get very busy there are new faces here ,
